Return & Exchange Policy

* We will gladly accept any unworn, unwashed merchandise with original tags within 30 Days of purchase for a refund or an exchange.
* We have easy hand to hand exchange policy, customer just have to contact us through WhatsApp ,our courier service representative will come to you and exchange the products.
* In case of return, customer repack the goods with a copy of the invoice and mention the reason for returning the items.
* Customer needs to return the merchandise via traceable delivery i.e. courier or registered post on his own expense to our address. 
* Delivery Charges will not be refunded. 
* Refund requests will be processed within 3-5 working days after receiving the return products.
* Refund amount will be sent in any of the bank account, Jazz cash or Easy paisa account.
