1. Eligibility for Return or Exchange

We gladly accept returns or exchanges within 30 days of purchase. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags attached. A copy of the original invoice must be included in the return package.

2. How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

Please contact our customer support team to receive the return address and specific instructions. Repack the item securely with the invoice and send it to the address provided by our representative.

3. Processing Time

Once we receive the returned items at our warehouse, exchanges will be processed and shipped promptly.

For returns, we will issue a store credit (coupon code) within 2–3 business days.

If you prefer a cash refund, please allow up to 30 days for the refund to be processed. The amount will be transferred to your bank account, JazzCash, or Easypaisa wallet as per your request.

4. Shipping Costs

Delivery charges are non-refundable. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received was incorrect or defective.

5. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or exchange due to hygiene and handling concerns:
